REFUND POLICY
All orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. You can request to reschedule for a future pick up date. The request must be made no later than 3 days before original pick up date. Requests to reschedule can be sent to alamarfloraldesign@gmail.com. Please provide the order number in the subject line. Include name on the order, original pick up date and the new pick up date, if you have it, in the email.
Orders must be picked up on your scheduled pick up date. If the arrangement/bouquet is not picked up on pick up date, the ordered will be canceled and no refund will be issued.
Please report any issues as soon as possible to email alamarfloraldesign@gmail.com. Please provide the order number in the subject line. Include name on the order, the concern of the order and pictures, if available.
